Augmented reality technology to create a psychological and forensic portrait of a criminal and his search

The article is devoted to the application of augmented reality in forensic activities. Domestic and foreign approaches in this field are analyzed. Purpose: development of software using augmented reality to ensure the creation of psychological and forensic portrait of the offender. Methods: formal-logical, analysis, comparison, synthesis, generalization. Results: The theoretical concept according to which it is necessary to impose on a real crime scene both virtual images of objects, and a virtual image of the scheme of action of the investigator is formulated.The stages of the investigator’s action should be separate layers superimposed on reality. Conclusions: The temporal structuring of the investigative action should be presented in augmented reality technology. We suggest using a multi-layer indicative basis of the action.
