Technology of the individualized training of specialists in the field of infocommunications on the basis of mathematical modeling

Quality of training is influenced significantly with a level of initial readiness of students. As much as possible similar groups on the readiness can be most qualitatively trained. In article the approach provid-ing individualized training in specially generated groups, consisting of similar students on the readiness is offered.
