The technology of processing of data obtained by the vignette method in sociological researches

The article describes in brief the history of the vignette method in the social sciences, and the technology of processing the data obtained by the vignette method. The authors show how to calculate the number of vignettes based on the number of criteria taken as a basis. The procedure of index calculating necessary to move to the group assessment is described. As the result, the authors identify the dominant features which influence the formation of social images.
