The way of decrease of tension level created by bearing mining pressure in the angular part of a massif is offered. The design procedure of the distribution of the bearing mining pressure in an angular part of the seam based on mathematical model is presented. According to this design procedure it is proved that the increase of the angle characterizing an angular part of the massif of the excavated seam leads to the essential decrease of the level of the tension. Here is presented the method of physical simulation of an angular part of the massif of the seam using the equivalent materials, directed at the identification of the dependence of the stability of a marginal part of the massif on its form. It is proved, that stability of a marginal part of the massif of an angular part of a bed depends on its configuration. According to these the application reasonability of the technology of the underground excavation of the bedded deposits with an oblique longwall mining is proved.
