The technology of manufacturing of cotton-chemical core yarns and its approbation in fabrics

The article is devoted to the development of the new technology of manufacturing of cotton-chemical core yarns by open end spinning process on modernized spinning machine PPM-120-AM, and also to its approbation in fabrics, assigned for sewing of military uniform. The yarn has peculiar structure, with the polyester core, completely covered by cotton fibers. This allowed significantly to increase quality of fabrics, by completely removing the luster of polyester core, and, besides, to decrease its cost. Developed fabrics totally satisfy to all requirements of Defense Ministry.
