The technology can be used both by the school principal and by a facilitator (an employee respected in the team). The essence of the technology is to reduce resistance at the cognitive, emotional and behavioral levels of members of the pedagogical team with the help of specially developed methods, tools and forms. The stages of technology implementation are presented. Results. The technology has been extensively tested in the Chelyabinsk region enterprises, as well as in three educational organizations. The presented data show that the reduction of resistance to innovation occurs due to changes in the positions and behavior of employees who are potentially unprepared for changes in their professional activities. The conditions increasing the efficiency of CoGIS technology application are noted.
