Technology for creating a cartoon by ICT means in DOW

Today, ICT is an integral part of the learning process for preschoolers. The use of ICT is accessible and familiar to children of a new generation, but it is also convenient for a modern teacher. The article discusses the algorithm for creating a cartoon with preschool children of the senior (preparatory) group. The sequence of cartoon production is presented. Brief characteristics of special programs for creating a cartoon are given, they are the easiest to use and have very wide functionality.
