The strategic planning technology of the economic entity development

The article reveals the technology of strategic planning of long-term developmentof the socio-economic system, corresponding to the achievement of the set targets inthe conditions of the negative impact of factors of macro-, microenvironment. Theclosest approximation of the strategic planning process to achievement of objectivesis the technology of forming a strategic plan for specific stages of strategic analysis,setting goals, developing basic and functional strategies, bringing the quantitativeand qualitative characteristics of the objectives of the economic entity with economicresults, the efficiency of the resources used. Interaction and interconditionality ofbasic and functional strategies determine the reality of the strategic plan for thelong-term development of the socio-economic system.
