Texture-differentiated soils and landscape-geographical features of the plains in the southern Far East

The authors have considered the regularities in changes of morphogenetic characteristics for texture-differentiated (bleached) soils (podbels) in the Middle Amur, Udyl-Kizinski and Khanka lowlands, in accordance with the differences in their latitudinal location and landscape features. For the eluvial-gley horizon of texture-differentiated soils, it is shown the interrelation of morphochromatic characteristics of gleying and bleaching. Their correlation and severity allows classifying of podbels at a lower taxonomic level. The authors have revealed the features of transformation of the meadow podbels solid phase under the influence of subsurface drainage.
