Telecommunications and information infrastructure in the management system of the regions of the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation

This article is devoted to the study of the feasibility and possibility of integrating telecommunication and information infrastructure management systems in the regions of the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation. The relevance of the chosen research topic is confirmed by the adoption at the state level of a number of important documents, such as: «Strategy for the development of the information society in the Russian Federation for 2017-2030», «Strategy for the development of the information technology industry in the Russian Federation for 2014-2020 and for the future until 2025», «The Doctrine of information Security of the Russian Federation». Within the framework of the study, it was determined that for the regions of the Russian Arctic, taking into account their strategic potential, managerial decision-making in conditions of limited information and telecommunications infrastructure threatens not only the success of the development of territorial economic systems themselves, but also the possibility of ensuring the national and economic security of Russia.
