Addressing to television research in a culturological discourse of postmodernism, it is necessary to pay attention to its some essential characteristics. Ideology of television as the culturological discourse of postmodernism is its seriality. The process of «blurring» of human consciousness and its creativity has found reflection in the various theories which are put forward by poststructuralists. Significance of intertextuality is beyond the clearly theoretical comprehension of the modern cultural process as it has answered on deeper inquiry of world culture of XX century with its obvious or implicit attraction to spiritual integration. It influences on art practice and consciousness of the modern artist. In such understanding we use «intertextuality» for the formation of television as the concept of post moderns ideology.
