In the chambers with artificial climate the reactions of spring barley plants on temperature-light factors of environment were studied. The duration of periods between phases, forming of vegetative and generative parts and maturation of generative organs were determined. It was presented the united system for estimation of reaction of barley plants on temperature-light factors. It was established, that genotypic variability of the spring barley varieties on the action of these factors depends on plant's sensitivity to each factors and onto ontogenesis period. The necessity of estimation of inheritance of the plant's reactions on temperature-light factors of environment in order to increase the breeding efficiency of this crop on adaptability was discussed.
