The paper considers the average change in air temperature in solar drying plants, shows the correlation dependence of the change in air temperature along the height of the drying chamber. During the mass transfer process, the temperature of the internal air is assumed unchanged and as a result of such a unified approach of the temperature and humidity regime of the steam gas mixture, we obtain processes of temperature and relative humidity changes independent of each other, for which transfer functions are found.
