On the basis of Wolkenstein-Ptitsyn relaxation theory involving a number of known relations the nature of Bartenev equation qτg = C, establishing the relationship between the glass-forming melt cooling rate and the time of structural relaxation in the vitrification sphere, was discussed. Time-temperature dependence of molecular mobility of amorphous material in the glass transition range was defined.
