Suicide, which accompanies humanity throughout its history, is a population property that is present differently in each of the people, since a person, as a formal model of public opinion or the general population of individuals, in the choice of decisions is predetermined by the most successful, in his opinion, social models and practices of adaptive case management. The global possibility of committing suicide, in a form modified by ethnocultural factors, is inherited by a person at the level of social systems and subsystems into a model of suicidal behavior identical to a resident of a territorial unit. As a formal model of N. Luhmann’s expert system of society, suicide gives priority to communicative conflict in the sociogenesis of suicide, which leads to an understanding of the existence of general rules of suicidal behavior for each level of social systems and an indefinite set of options for their application in particular cases. The connection between the statistical characteristics of suicidal activity, suicidal activity and time intervals determined in the study establishes the presence of such system rules and their particular aberrations inherited from higher-level systems.
