Trends in bank lending to the real sector of the economy of the Kyrgyz Republic

This article identifies the ratio of credit investments in the country's economy to the total volume of goods and services produced; it shows the volumes and interest rates of loans issued by commercial banks in national and foreign currencies; and it demonstrates the sectoral nature of banking lending development. Overall, the research within this article concludes that there is no risk of over-indebtedness and a potential economic bubble in the Kyrgyz Republic that could lead to financial crises.
