Trends and main prospects of management development in the era of digitalization

In the modern realities of the dynamic development of the digital economy and the high rates of application of information technologies, including in management processes, entails fundamental changes in various areas of organizations’ activities, both production processes and personnel administration processes, changes in the new corporate culture, external and internal interactions and values. This article analyzes research in the field of digital technologies and digital tools. The authors present a research methodology based on the analysis of articles by Russian scientists posted in the database of the scientific electronic library Elibrari.ru. As a result of the study of publications by domestic authors for the period from 2018 to 2022, six most popular areas of scientific research were identified, namely: digital economy, personnel management, innovation management, industry, public administration, agriculture. The period of the greatest publication activity of domestic research and the citation of articles is determined, as well as the interrelationships between the mass introduction of digital technologies, changes in key skills and skills of personnel management and continuous adaptation of management processes to new conditions, which in the conditions of digitalization have a steady tendency to be in a state of continuous change.
