The article gives the reasons for the lack of concepts of PR activities of Russian organizations until recently, as well as the vector of their development at the moment. The main trends in the development of PR activities using various tools are shown. It was concluded that the tools of PR activities are constantly evolving and improving depending on the development of technologies, the market situation in a particular industry. It has been proven that PR activities will develop and continue to improve, as this is an important component of the company's successful activities.
