Trends and issues of private pension funds in the modern economy of the Russian Federation

The article examines trends in the development of the financial market in terms of non-state pension funds, and also raises questions riskiness of investment, insurance and transfer to non-state pension funds. The analysis of requirements to the participants of the system to guarantee the rights of the insured persons of non-state pension funds and identified consequences of implementation of these measures on the example of specific funds. The prospects of the development of private pension funds, made the forecast trends of their further development.
