Trends of the investors' Rights protection legal regulation in the conditions of the economy digitalization

The article based on the discussion materials conducted by the Russian Bar Association in conjunction with the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation at the SPIEF 2019 analyzes the main problems faced by entrepreneurs doing business in Russia. An assessment is made of the quality of Russian jurisdiction in terms of the comfort of the investment climate, ensuring the protection of the rights of both Russian and foreign investors.
