Trends of development and regulation of the information sphere in modern society

Within the framework of this article, the main modern trends in the development and regulation of the information sphere of society are considered. It tells about the five main revolutions through which the information sphere has passed: from the appearance of writing to the formation of global information networks. An example of the division of the information sphere into subject areas is given. In conclusion, this work reveals the main aspects of the Order of the Ministry of Communications of the Russian Federation dated 01.04.2015 N 96, and also substantiates the reasons for the importance of studying this topic.
