Trends of the development of the mechanism of the state in the conditions of information society

The authors found a trend of transformation of the state mechanism in the evolution of statehood. The mechanism of the state viewed through the prism of the objective changes in the social system in the information society. The authors consider a digital (electronic) democracy as the ability to change patterns of perception of the image of the state population. The need to change the system of political communication is presented as a means of forming the rational legitimacy of state power in modern society.
