In article administrative and legal methods of support and protection of the competition are considered. The main problems in the sphere of increase efficiency of prevention and suppression of restrictions of the competition. On the basis of the conducted research, the author gives the conclusions having printsipiany value for improvement of a legal reguirovaniye of administrative restrictions of the competition.
