Trends in the development of tourism in the Far East, taking into account measures of state financial support

The relevance of the work is due to the increasing importance of the tourism industry in the economy of the Russian Federation. During the pandemic, there was a drop in the indicators of the tourism industry, but in recent years the situation has stabilized due to the expansion of government support measures and financial incentives for the industry. The system mechanism of tourism development includes instruments of state incentives and macro territories that take into account the potential of the tourism industry. The advantages of the Far East as a macro-territory are due to its strategic position, resource and economic opportunities, however, there are a number of limitations associated with remoteness from the center, low population density. As a result, it seems relevant to conduct a dynamic analysis of the main indicators of tourism development in the macro-territory and assess the effectiveness of the use of state support tools for tourism development in the Far Eastern Federal District.
