Tendencies of development of the legislation regulating jurisdiction of civil cases vessels

In article the institute of "jurisdiction" and also questions of differentiation of competence between court of law and arbitration court is considered. Need of standardization of rules of jurisdiction for the uniform Code of civil legal proceedings and also the offer on refusal of such institute as "jurisdiction" is proved.
