Tendencies of unification of legal regulation of administrative procedures at the legislative level

The problem considered in this article is urgent now, more than ever earlier. The last years we can observe active legislator’s work of creation the uniform rules of administrative proceedings. This problem requires an immediate solution as it affects the rights and freedoms of citizens and organizations. One of the ways of its solution is revealed, and also the analysis of the foreign practice is carried out.
