Trends in the recovery of the information technology market

The post-pandemic recovery of the IT market, taking place in the context of the digitalization of the economy, requires a change in investment priorities for most companies. IT directors have moved on to optimizing the costs that ensure the functioning of the business. The article analyzes the geographical structure of the global IT market and considers the forecast of demand recovery in the e-commerce market. It is concluded that despite a slight decline in the market in 2020 due to the pandemic, by the end of 2021 there will be a slight increase in the global IT market, mainly due to the continued increase in demand for remote work technologies and distance education.
