Shadow and informal economy in Kyrgyzstan

The article is devoted to the issues of legalization of shadow economic activity, the reguirements and conditions for the determination of the shadow economy are considered, legal, organizational and financial measures are proposed to exacerbate the rule of law in entrepreneurial activities. The need for a study of the concept and state police in the long run on the displacement of shadow business into the formal economy, as well as a detailed forecast of the state and dynamics of the shadow sector of the Kyrgyzstan economy is argued.
