Theological views as the regulating factor of social security relationships

The Article presents the analysis of theological views on attitude to incapacitated persons, and rendering the material assistance thereto. The author analyses the theological sources as regulating, normative governing factor, which has formed before the creation of legal canons and sufficiently influenced the latter. The legal analysis is performed in relation to the main religions: Christianity, Islam, Judaism, Hinduism, and Buddhism.
