Theoretical aspects of the research of key development trends of the international labour market

The article considers the international labour market as a reflection of the system global processes aimed at development of the international system of regulation of the labour market. It is emphasized that the national labour markets of most countries are no longer isolated structures detached from the world processes of manpower shifting. It is noted that in recent years the transnational shifting of manpower has regular, steady character.
