Theoretical aspects, causes and specifics of unemployment (on the example of the Republic of Uzbekistan)

The article examines the main causes of the formation of unemployment in the Republic of Uzbekistan with an emphasis on the consequences and features of the change of the command and administrative type of economy by market regulation mechanisms. The main features of unemployment in the studied region are highlighted. The labor market is considered in the context of the specifics and causes of the formation of unemployment in the Republic of Uzbekistan. It is concluded that the unemployment rates in Uzbekistan are due to the growth of demographic pressure and the professional and qualification imbalance of supply and demand of the labor market. An important aspect reflecting the specifics of unemployment is the regional differentiation of labor demand.
