Theoretical and methodological framework of the analysis of democratization in the context of dependence on external actors (case study of Kirgizia, Moldavia and Ukraine)

The article studies theoretical and methodological framework of democratization processes under the control of American and European political technologists in Kyrgyzstan, Moldova and Ukraine. It is concluded that the effective implementation of the democratic potential in these countries is hindered by the focus on the building of the Western liberal democratic model and ignoring of the local factors, specific features of culture and political history.
