Theoretical bases of personnel management in a military educational institution

The article deals with the system of HR management in a military higher school considered as a military system, which implements the management content and its model, management functions, processes, aims, principles, methods, means of influence on a subject and an object of management. The author suggests the model of personnel management in the military educational institutions, which is based on the rational management of its pedagogical resources. It is expected that such a model will form the military team of information security specialists with psychological and pedagogical skills.
