Theoretical bases of formation and use of current capital

The authors consider the formation and use of working capital of enterprises. The article analyzes the evolution of scientists views on the essence of working capital. Scientists have found that working capital is part of the financial resources of the enterprise, by investing in current assets that ensure the continuity of the process of ordinary activities for profit and are able to recover during the period. A set of factors on which the value of working capital depends is considered. Participation of working capital in the sphere of production and circulation, as well as in the investment activity of the enterprise is the basis of its materialization and distribution by the stages of circulation in the economic activity of the enterprise. The authors indicate that an increase or decrease in accounts receivable has a great influence on the turnover of working capital.
