Theoretical basis of formation of clusters of industrial enterprises

The theoretical basis for the formation of industrial clusters is made up of general system and particular principles that allow creating the prerequisites for the creation of a regional industrial cluster as a system. This is a kind of integrity, consisting of interdependent and interconnected elements, the nature of the interaction of which forms the property of the whole (system). The general system principle assumes a systemic representation of the clustering object, which consists of interdependent and interconnected participants, the nature of the connections between which forms the effectiveness of the cluster being created. The article contains a theoretical basis for the formation of clusters of industrial enterprises.
