Theoretical basis of the formation of criminalistic characteristics of crimes in the sphere of foreign economic activity

The article analyzes the conceptual positions of the doctrine about the criminalistic characteristic of a crime. Some attention to actual issues on the relation of this scientific abstraction to the adjacent underlying crime category - a mechanism of a crime is paid. This helped to clarify theoretical and methodological basis of the formation of the structure and content of criminalistic characteristics of crimes in the sphere of foreign economic activity in the context of improvement of the same-name criminalistics methodology.
