Theoretical basis of state regulation of the youth sport activities

The article is devoted to the questions of the theoretical basis of the youth sport’s state regulation. Stipulated the features of the youth as a social group which suffers lack of social protection but which has special outlooks for the entire society. Due to the great importance of this group, the society forms special expectations about the young people. The performing of these expectations is based, inter alia, on a sport policy performed by regional authorities. This policy can be established in connection with youth policy or separately. The regional youth policy is ordinary a part of sport policy. Performing of regional sport policy is to solve such tasks as the professional sport’s development, as well as other society’s seeking regarding to the youth.
