The authors conduct a comparative analysis of theories of value (labor, marginal utility, Marshall). Consider how they are used in the modern practice of valuation activities in Russia and abroad. They analyze the concepts of various types of value specified in Russian and foreign standards of valuation, and how the types of value are applied in practice. They suggest making changes to the lists of types of value indicated in Russian valuation standards.
