Theoretical foundations for the application of non-tariff regulation in the movement of goods through the customs border of the Eurasian Economic Union

This article discusses the theoretical foundations of the application of non-tariff regulation in the movement of goods at the intersection. International trade is the driving force of a country's economic development. It opens up opportunities for countries with any economy to fill the national market with necessary goods, as well as to receive income to the state budget. At the same time, it hides a large number of threats to national security. In these conditions, the role of foreign trade policy pursued by the state, which aimed at eliminating such threats, is significantly increasing.
