Theoretical basis for reforming the pension system in the conditions of transforming globalization

The models are systematized and the classification of modern pension systems in the context of transforming globalization is carried out. The advantages and main components of a mixed pension system for developing countries are substantiated. The main approaches to the formation of a three-tier pension system in Kyrgyzstan are presented. Proposals for the improvement and balanced development of the components of the pension system are substantiated.
