Theoretical bases of formation of right operative-investigatory branch of the law

This article is about issue of possibility of reference of operative-investigatory law to independent branch of the Russian law. The author analyzes such signs of branch of law as a subject and a method of legal regulation from the point of view general theory of law with reference to operative-investigatory activity.
