Theoretical foundations of strategic enterprise management

this paper discusses the basics of enterprise management, the theoretical part of this process, which is an important element of the financial system. The essence of strategic management in the organization is characterized, approaches of various researchers concerning a problem of strategic management at the enterprise are investigated, the essence and structural features of strategic management are analyzed. The analysis on the basis of which tools of strategic management thanks to which it is possible to achieve considerable successes in management of the enterprise are described is made.
