Theoretical foundations of innovation management diversification of special production

The object of the study is the process of managing the innovative diversification of special production at enterprises of the military-industrial complex when creating military products. The article discusses the theoretical foundations of this activity, which affect its effectiveness. The research has been brought to the development of methodological foundations for determining the priority of projects of innovative diversification of this production. The results of the research presented in the article are of a universal nature and therefore can be used at enterprises of various branches of the military-industrial complex that carry out diversification activities. The practical implementation of these results will allow them to optimize the management of special production at enterprises of the military-industrial complex.
