In recent years, there has been a significant growth in the global movement advocating for civil society institutions to have a say in budgetary issues. The task of the authorities is to involve the public in working with the budget by demonstrating how budget indicators relate to issues that affect people's daily lives, as well as involving citizens in the budget process at all stages of its implementation.
