Theoretical approaches to the use of the system approach and simulation to evaluate the effectiveness of touristic clusters

The article presents modern approaches to the theoretical and methodological substantiation of the effectiveness of cluster structures in the sphere of recreation and tourism through the use of the system approach mechanisms and modeling principles. Special attention is paid to the design of a tourist cluster model, taking into account the requirements of efficiency theory and optimization of socio-economic processes.
