Especially within a crisis period, organization of the service industries' stable operation is an urgent problem for the state's stable development. The article describes problems of the industries' stable operation in modern conditions, it analyzes destabilizing factors that affect the enterprises activity, goals of the industries stabilization mechanisms are determined.
