Theoretical problems of sociological research on consolidation of Russian society

The article considers consolidation of society as the key-problem of the modern Russian society and, consequently, the Russian sociology. Disintegration processes in the Post-Soviet space of Russia caused by the collapse of ideology, the state itself and the institutional integrity with its axiological component, are necessary to be stopped on the basis of the unity of all the peoples of multinational Russia. However, in the social science the theory of consolidation has not yet found integrating conceptual frameworks. Therefore, in the article, the author proves the necessity of systematization and conceptualization of the sociological theory of consolidation.
