Theoretical analysis of diffusion of the sintered powder materials

This article is an attempt to study the diffusion of interacting components and stages of structure formation during sintering of powder constructional materials based on iron with the addition of alloying elements. The article provides a basic structural model of diffusion interaction in powder materials, describes the process of compaction of these materials in a closed structural volume. The analysis of the mechanism of sintering the particles of powdered materials on the base of iron with alloying additive components is conducted. Also, the processes of diffusion, which are present in almost all cases of sintering of powder materials are considered. Our results can be used for further experimental studies of diffusion processes in the molding powder materials and choice of technological modes for parts manufacturing.
