The theoretical approach to the researching of the mechanism of network hype socio-political processes in the digital economy

The article examines the digital transformation of socio-political processes in the form of the formation of social and political networks, their essence, and possible consequences of functioning in the form of network hype anomalous socio-political phenomena. It is shown that digital technologies and network forms of communication contribute to the visualization of personality and transform the models of its socialization. The risks of digitalization and forms of destructive behavior of network actors in a virtual environment are analyzed, the need for strengthening state regulation of the Internet is justified.
