Theoretical study of the structure of repair-serving actions allowing for the use of technology in the various periods of work in agriculture

The greatest effect on the reliability and performance of machines has their timely and proficient maintenance. Reliability is crucial in ensuring high performance of machines especially in Western Siberia, where the amount of work performed in the intense periods is 3-5 times more in comparison with the annual average. The operating time and the amount of maintenance work increase proportionally. In the current trend of reducing the number of mechanists when a worker maintains more than one machine, during periods of stress it is necessary to carry out large amounts of field work and maintenance operations. Maintenance is not fully performed, which increases the number of failures, productivity and operating time of machines reduce and operating costs rise. Failures and downtime of machines leads to disruption of production processes of agricultural production, which leads to a stretching of the timing of work and loss of crops. This is the main contradiction, which is incorporated by the system maintenance and the use of machines in the coincidence of the timing of their implementation. Machine operators almost half (about 56 %) of their time are engaged in carrying out maintenance and repair of machines. Mechanists workload with maintenance and repair of vehicles should not exceed 20-25 %. Therefore, it is advisable to transfer some maintenance work and repairs to specialized enterprises, since there the quality of such work will be higher than on a farm because of the highly specialized staff and better technical equipment. Solving the problem of increasing tractors reliability under the circumstances of the present time is of particular importance and urgency. It can be solved by reducing downtime on equipment maintenance by intensi- fying their implementation in a relaxed period of field work. The paper presents the structure and theoretically justified formation of technical services at the enterprises of agroindustrial complex. The main advantages of the proposed system of technical service are considered.
